Roch
Councilmember Carter along with Dr. Blakely
and members of the St. Roch community held a bike ride in
St. Roch.

Silence is Violence
Silence is Violence, a local organization,
has committed itself to fighting crime by encouraging people
to speak up. Silence is Violence sponsors weekly Music Clinics
for youth. The youth are taught by local jazz musicians.
